Drop in Scheduling &amp; Payment will be done in Brightwheel and is due the month prior. Cougar Den After School Program will be handled via Tuition payments and are done via school contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cost of care is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Cougar Den After School Program:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>See&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/spagr.alphonsus.diocesanweb.org\/school\/tuition\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1014\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tuition<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discounted rate from drop-in care<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multi-child discounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexibility to make changes with month notice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Before School Care<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>$4.00 per child pre-registered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anytime before school is billed as one hour.&nbsp; The 50 minute interval between dismissal, 3:10 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. is billed as one hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Charges for late pick-up<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pick-up after the&nbsp;<strong><u>pre-registered scheduled time<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;results in an additional cost.&nbsp; This charge applies after 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. scheduled pick-up times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each child = $4.00 per hour with a minimum $4.00 charge<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Charges will be added to your brightwheel account for the next months schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Charges for pick-up after closure (5:30 p.m.)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each child = $4.00 per fifteen (15) minute interval with a minimum charge of $4.00<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Charges will be added to your brightwheel account for the next months schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Any fraction of one hour, except for the period of 5:00 \u2013 5:30 p.m., is considered an hour of service<\/strong>.&nbsp; Your child will be available for release at the scheduled pick-up time.&nbsp; Please notify the After School Care staff&nbsp;<strong>(616-780-3750)<\/strong>&nbsp;if you will be late to prevent any additional interruption of scheduled activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Families will provide an after school snack and\/or beverage for their child\/ren.&nbsp; Care will be offered on regular full day sessions.&nbsp; No care is offered on half-days, days off, snow days, or other emergency closure situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Please note that all prior year BSC\/ASC fees must be current to register for the current school year.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">If you have questions, please contact the school office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Before School Care Before School Care is offered beginning at 7:30 am, and after school care is offered from 3:10 pm to 5:30 pm for students enrolled in grades PS-8.
